Ok, so it's been about a week since I've posted, but today I have a ton to post about... no pictures, but I will get them up soon.
Dad's tax refund came in, so I was able to get most of everything for the wedding except for food, the stuff to make the cake stand, the rings, and a few last minute items. I'm so excited for all these checks!
Things I've gotten done/or bought:
~My bouquet
~Bridesmaid's bouquets
~Centerpieces
~bubbles (I bought the bubbles and the ribbon... it's now just waiting on me to put it together)
~Attendant gifts (I at least got everything together and ordered... The Bridesmaid's gifts are completely done and put together, the guys gifts are either still being ordered or we're waiting till last minute for it.)
~My shoes!!!! (This one I am super excited for! I will post pics of these soon, but the heal is a bit bigger than I originally wanted, but the shoes are soooooo comfy and pretty!)
Things still to do/buy:
~Playlists for the ceremony, appetizer hour, and reception (slow songs and dance songs)
~Figure out the Rehearsal Lunch and get invites out to the grandparents
~Make the "In loving Memory" picture collage and find a frame
~Make the cake stand
~Buy the food and cake stuff
~Finish making the candy (this can wait for around May 1st)
I have my first fitting tomorrow too, so everything is coming together. It finally feels real. We are in the home stretch and have under 2 months to go.
